Question: Did Vic give you an estimate?
Answer: Yes he did. He came over one evening and we explained what we wanted. He came back to us with an estimate within 48 hours.

Question: Would you recommend him to your friends?
Answer: Yes, wholeheartedly, 100%. He's wonderful.

Question: As far as the designing, did he work with you?
Answer: Yes. He not only listened to what we wanted but he had some creativity to share with us. We listened to him and between Vic and ourselves we came up with a plan that we all thought would be a good plan. And it was. It worked out very well.

Question: Did he keep within his estimate?
Answer: Yes he did. I had some additions that we wanted and Vic was very happy to work it out with us. And he did stay within his estimate.

Question: When they did the demolition, did they clean up afterwards?
Answer: Yes, it was perfect. We were never feeling, at any time, that the job wasn't being done in the best possible way.

Question: When you hired him to do the contracting, did he give you an agreement before he started the work?
Answer: Yes he did.

Question: Did he live up to the agreement?
Answer: Yes he did.

Question: Describe the work done by Vic.
Answer: He designed the layout of the bathroom after we discussed what we wanted. He came back and confirmed the layout. Once the room was prepared for the work, the fixtures were brought in, the tile work, flooring, everything was done in the timeframe Vic had laid out for us. We were always told ahead of time what would be happening. And it happened exactly the way that it was explained to us.

Question: So everything came in on time?
Answer: Yes. The plumbing was done, the electrical work was done, the tile work, the custom shower…it was all done exactly the way we had agreed and exactly the way Vic had laid it out for us.

Question: Would you use Vic again?
Answer: If I had a hundred more bathrooms, he would be the one doing them.

Question: How did you find out about Vic?
Answer: He was referred to us by the tile store when we went to select the tile we wanted to use for the bathroom. We asked them to refer us to someone that they trusted to do the work and they gave us several names. Vic's was the one that we ultimately chose.

Question: Did he keep within the estimate?
Answer: Yes he did.

Question: Did he do it on time?
Answer: Yes he did.

Question: Everything is working fine? No leaks, no problems?
Answer: Everything is beautiful. We've had a lot of compliments on the bathroom. And it was done in a manner which I'm very proud of. And I am very grateful to Vic for all the work that he did.
