Question: Did Vic give you an estimate?
Answer: Yes he did.

Question: Was it reasonable?
Answer: Yes, and it was on the low side because we decided to go with a few other things. It was definitely reasonable.

Question: Would you recommend him to any of your friends?
Answer: Definitely.

Question: How about the people working for him? Were they polite?
Answer: They were all polite and they did a clean job. They cleaned up after which is very important. Especially when you have the plaster removed. They did a clean job which made me very happy.

Question: As far as designing, did Vic work with you?
Answer: Yes he did. In fact, he designed our shower which was done special for me. We removed the tub and put a seat in the shower.

Question: Did Vic keep to the estimate?
Answer: I would say he was close to it.

Question: When you hired him to do the contracting, did he give you an agreement before he started the work?
Answer: Yes he did.

Question: Did he live up to his agreement?
Answer: Yes he did.

Question: Describe the work done by Vic.
Answer: He re-did our bathroom. He gutted the old bathroom and put in a customized shower stall, a beautiful vanity sink, new lighting and new tiles. A pocket door and a new door to the bathroom. Overall, it came out much nicer than even I expected it to.

Question: Would you use him again?
Answer: Most definitely. In fact, I asked him for a quote on my kitchen.

Question: How did you find out about Vic?
Answer: When I was over at the tile store they said to check with Bathrooms and Kitchens by Raymond. Because we didn't know where to start. We started looking at all the different parts that you needed for a bathroom. We realized how complex a bathroom is. Vic was really able to help us.

Question: Did he finish on time?
Answer: Yes he did.

Question: Did he give you a drawing or sketch?
Answer: Yes he did, before the work started.

Question: Everything works?
Answer: Everything is fine and we're very happy with it. The minor imperfections that we found after Vic left, weeks later Vic came back and fixed them.
