Question: How did you find out about Vic?
Answer: My husband knew Vic. He was a business associate. My husband used to sell ad space for a newspaper so he used to go to Vic’s place all the time and see the kind of work he did. So we hired Vic based on what my husband saw.

Question: Did he give you an estimate?
Answer: Yes.

Question: And did he keep within his estimate?
Answer: Yes he did. And he finished within the timeframe.

Question: Were the people that worked with him polite?
Answer: Oh yes. They were very good.

Question: When they did the demolition, did they clean up afterward?
Answer: Yes, they cleaned up. And everything was done on time. We were pleased.

Question: How long ago were the kitchen and bathrooms completed?
Answer: About three years ago.

Question: If your friends wanted to renovate their bathrooms or kitchens, would you recommend Vic?
Answer: Yeah, sure I would.

Question: Did he help you out with a sketch?
Answer: Yes he did. We had come up with our own ideas and he used them to help us with the final design. We wanted an island but we didn’t know quite where to put it. Should we put the stove on the island or separately. So he worked with us.

Everything’s fine. Everything turned out well. He did a great job and we’re very happy with it. Some people have horror stories about their contractors but not with Vic. He did a wonderful job.
