Question: How did you find out about Vic?
Answer: The place where we bought the tiles recommended him. We made an appointment to see him and he came here.

Question: Did he give you an estimate?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Did he live up to his estimate?
Answer: Absolutely.

Question: Did he do the job on time?
Answer: Absolutely.

Question: How long ago was the job done?
Answer: About two years ago.

Question: Did you have any trouble with anything?
Answer: There weren’t any real problems except for a chip that my daughter did.

My wife had to have a towel rack put up. It couldn’t be done at that particular time, before the job was completed. Vic said to call him when my wife was ready and he would come back. And he joked around about it because he’s that type of guy. He’s got an outstanding personality. So he said, “I’ll be back,” imitating the Terminator. And sure enough, as soon as she called him, he was there.

Anybody that sees this bathroom says it’s a showplace.

Question: Would you recommend him to your friends and family?
Answer: Absolutely. Without a shadow of a doubt. I’d recommend him to anybody. As far as the problem you mentioned about contractors that don’t live up to their word, Vic is contrary to that. He’s an extremely sincere guy. And I relate to that, tremendously. He always lives up to his word.

You know what’s remarkable to me about him? One of the things that stood out to me, other than the fact he always has a smile on his face, was the fact that he completed the job and it was like he was never there.

Question: They cleaned up everything?
Answer: I wouldn’t even say cleaned up. I really want to say it was like he was never there. That’s how clean it was.

Question: How about the demolition?
Answer: He did everything. He tore the place down, took it out and got rid of it. The only things you would see in there was the stuff that you had to see. In other words, if the bathroom was ripped out and gutted, and the end of the day comes, that’s all you would see.

Question: They took away all the rubbish?
Answer: Immediately.
