Question: How did you find out about Vic?
Answer: We met him and we checked his references. We had a lot of different meetings with him. I felt very comfortable with his work.
Question: Where did you meet him?
Answer: We met him once at a show where he was displaying the Sun Tube.
Question: When you hired him to do the contracting, did he give you an agreement before he started the work?
Answer: Yes.
Question: And did he live up to the agreement?
Answer: Yes he did. He did a wonderful job.
Question: And he did it within the bid?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Did he clean up when he was through?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Was the crew he had with him polite?
Answer: Yes. Everyone was very nice.
Question: Describe the work done by Vic.
Answer: We had two small bathrooms that were backed up to each other. One of the best parts of this design was the fact that we squeezed a number of features into a relatively small 10’ by 10.5’ space. In order to do that, we had to completely gut the two bathrooms. All of the debris was taken out through the window so it didn’t mess up the house.
Question: Did Vic do that?
Answer: Yes. Once the gutting was done, the rooms were reframed. The new bathroom has a number of features including two sinks, a built-in shower and a large hottub. So, the most difficult part of this project was putting all of those features into one area. And if you take a look at the tolerances, they are all down to half an inch. And Vic helped plan it out and executed it.
Question: Did Vic help with the design?
Answer: We selected the materials but he did the actual planning of how all this would fit together. Vic did a sketch.
Question: Did everything come in on time?
Answer: The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The big problem was working with the small tolerances to get everything we wanted in the bathroom.
Question: Would you use him again?
Answer: Oh, absolutely.
