Bathrooms & Kitchens by Raymond was founded in 1979. It was a father and son business. The father is Raymond McBride; the son Victor (Vic) Meneghini. Raymond was technically Vic's stepfather but he's dad to Vic.

Raymond is now retired but Vic carries on the tradition of honesty and excellence this company was built on.

His word is his commitment. He does what he says.

Is everybody just out to make a quick buck nowadays?

Vic:
My father and I started this business because we wanted to have control of the projects we worked on. Our reputation means a lot to us. We know what we're doing and we take pride in our work.

Interviewer:
That's refreshing. What's most important to you?

Vic:
Customer satisfaction.

Interviewer:
How important are estimates to you?

Vic:
Very important. When I give a customer an estimate, it's like giving him or her my word. My word is very important to me.

Interviewer:
Do you keep to your estimate?

Vic:
